Main Features

The printing unit adopts a modular design, with a compact double-layer protective structure and a reasonable layout, which is convenient for operation and maintenance.

It adopts the cylinder bearing (chuck) contact-type printing method to minimize the impact of plate edge vibration on printing. The cylinder support bearings utilize paired tapered roller bearings with preload applied, ensuring smooth operation and stable printing pressure.

The printing cylinder is made of stainless steel structure, which is rust-proof and corrosion-resistant, and can increase the service life of the cylinder.
