The BEIREN B542 series of web offset book and periodical printing machines produced by our company is a B-B type full-size double-sided book and periodical printing machine. The machine adopts a modular design concept, and different modules can be selected to meet users' various printing needs. The basic module consists of three main units: a zero-speed (or synchronous) automatic paper splicer, a B-B type printing unit, and a high-speed multi-functional folding unit. The transmission mode is available in both shaftless and shafted options. This model can be used for printing double-sided two-color and double-sided four-color books, periodicals, and various color printed materials on dictionary paper, newsprint, and offset paper.
Structural characteristics
1. The advanced appearance design of the entire machine integrates the printing function and the shield function into one. Customers can directly determine the working status of the machine according to the display of Beiren LOGO.
2. The circumferential and axial directions of the printing cylinder are electrically adjusted to achieve centralized control on the operation console.
3. The ink fountain module can be configured with manual and automatic modes according to user requirements to meet different needs.
4. Each functional unit is modularly designed, shaft or shaftless is available for selection. Single and double folding modules can be flexibly configured.
5. The whole machine is equipped with a fixed-point and quantified centralized lubrication system, which effectively improves the operational accuracy and service life of the machine.
